For more than two decades, I’ve devoted my life to helping people heal with talk therapy and energy medicine. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Celestial Empowerment®, I’ve walked alongside clients through trauma, grief, addiction, and transformation. My work has always integrated psychotherapy with energy medicine, subtle energy technologies, and consciousness-raising frameworks like Celestial Psychology®.
But lately, I’ve noticed something stirring — in me, in the collective, and in the very systems that have supported our work.
The insurance-based mental health model — the one I’ve honored and struggled with, for decades — is finally straining under its own weight. Reimbursements are shrinking, again. Administrative demands continue to grow. And worst of all, clients are getting caught in the middle: losing their coverage altogether, fighting for approvals, facing session limits, and experiencing themselves as reduced to diagnostic codes.
Meanwhile, the need for profound transformation is greater than ever.
Meanwhile, the need for profound transformation is greater than ever. People are yearning not just for relief from suffering but for tools, practices, and pathways to unlock their potential — to live more consciously, creatively, fully awake, and prepared for the inevitable changes on the horizon.
For years, I quietly resisted calling what I do coaching. I thought it would diminish my training, or confuse clients, or undermine my identity as a therapist. But the truth is, Celestial Empowerment with Celestial Psychology® has always been coaching at its core.
Coaching speaks the language of possibility, purpose, and be~coming.
Coaching speaks the language of possibility, purpose, and be~coming. It invites us to expand beyond “what’s wrong” and step into “what’s possible.” And increasingly, it offers freedom. Freedom from insurance restrictions, from clinical labels, and from outdated models that no longer serve our highest evolution.

The choice is up to each participant whether they desire coaching (no insurance accepted) or psychotherapy (with or without utilizing insurance). The next chapter is about BE~coming, and therefore, Kaleidoscope for BE~coming Better and Brighter on Purpose is an inevitable moving beyond survival into thriving, beyond healing into awakening, beyond the physical into the etheric and luminous.
