How My Book Kaleidoscope for Becoming: A Grimoire of Revolution Came to Life
Have you ever turned a kaleidoscope and been mesmerized by the way broken fragments suddenly arrange themselves into patterns of beauty? That is how the vision for my book Kaleidoscope for Becoming, was born. Back in 2012, I realized that this simple toy held the perfect metaphor for human evolution; an ever-shifting, awe-inspiring dance of multi-colored fragments, patterns, and light.
With every turn of the kaleidoscope, I tell the story of our species reflected in the struggles of adaptation and the emergence of new, better, and brighter forms of beauty and higher forms of consciousness. As I wrote in the book, “Each twist of this multi-dimensional soul-etched kaleidoscope will reveal a new vision, turning the raw materials of life into fractals of transformation for individual souls and our entire species.” (p. 31). Our lives, our challenges, and our triumphs represent the beautiful colored glass fragments, while the light of awareness is what reveals the glory of ascension.
From Primordial Fish to Human Struggle & Beyond
I love to share the story of the compelling primal images of fish flopping in the primordial ooze, drawn toward a world they could not yet comprehend. As I wrote: “Once confined to the sea, the fish have grown limbs strong enough to bear their weight, backbones to support their new mobility, and rudimentary lungs to draw breath from the air. They rise from the muddy pools like pioneers of possibility crawling toward an unfamiliar world. their bodies speak of courage… as they face the ancient proverbial decision etched into DNA; adapt, perish, evolve, or disappear.” (p. 60).
From there, I imagined the “dudes” of early humanity, battling hunger, storms, and danger, only to discover that survival came not from dominance, but from cooperation. “They protected and provided for each other by creating safe places to grow and thrive… Sharing their wisdom helped them develop sufficient cooperation, empathy, and compassion, which has brought us to where we are today.” (p. 63).
The butterfly’s metamorphosis is perhaps the clearest mirror of all, proof that evolution is never random but profoundly directed toward ‘better, and brighter.’ Just as the caterpillar surrenders to the chrysalis, we too are called into passages of mystery and rebirth. “It is during the breakdown that the breakthrough begins.” (p. 74).
Each of us faces turning points, moments when we are asked to rise, to adapt, and to unfurl into more than we were before. To ascend from what has been into the luminous potential of what we are becoming; “what some have called Homo luminous- light-embodied, Christ-like humans capable of healing one another, restoring our planet, co-creating lives of harmony with each other and Gaia, our Mother Earth; and stepping up into our Universal place as wise and sovereign beings in our vast multi-dimensional Universe.” (p. 38).
The Twelve Codes Revealed
During this kaleidoscopic visioning, the 12 Codes of the Evolutionary Trajectory unfolded. Complexity, compassion, creativity, continuity, community, change, communication, cooperation, congruency, coherency, competition, and commitment—together they formed a living map. Each Code represents a facet of the kaleidoscope’s crystal, catching the light of consciousness and refracting it into a unique hue. Individually, they illuminate different dimensions of growth; collectively, they reveal order with apparent chaos, turning life’s fragments into a coherent design. These sacred Codes became the scaffolding for my book, and for my life. They are guiding principles for what it means to evolve and ascend with grace, dignity, and awareness of our collective responsibility.
One of the invocations I share in the book is directed toward the Evolutionary Field itself, calling each sacred Code into embodiment within our psyches. I conclude: “May I remember that I am not separate from the Universe- I am the Universe, becoming conscious of itself. I invoke the path of luminous becoming. Let me walk it with grace, courage, and joy. So it is, and so I rise.” (p.58)
Enter Hunab Ku: The Grand Cosmic Reweaver
As the kaleidoscope expanded, it lifted my gaze skyward. The Galactic Butterfly—Hunab Ku appeared spinning and fluttering, cleansing and clearing at the center of the vision. This sacred Mayan symbol of evolution has been with me since 2012. Often depicted with the caption “Welcome to the Evolution,” Hunab Ku has been a profound inspiration. As the great loom of the Universe, it has become for me the Grand Cosmic Reweaver of karma, time, and space itself. By including Hunab Ku in the book and by weaving it into my personal Holy Work, I honored the truth that our evolution is not only individual, but also planetary and galactic. Throughout the book, I have included invocations, guided meditations, and affirmations to assist our work with this divinely inspired symbol.
We are woven into a cosmic fabric, and our struggles and triumphs echo across dimensions and universes. With Hunab Ku as a guide, the kaleidoscope became more than a metaphor—it became a sacred map of becoming better and brighter. Like the butterfly emerging from its cocoon, Hunab Ku reminds us that we are programmed for transformation—winged beings destined to take flight in a larger sky.
At the end of the invocation, I write:
“May your primordial light shine through me, to reseed me with pure sovereign essence. As you spin, I surrender. As you spiral, I remember. As you sing, I sing with you. I am whole, I am free, I am sovereign. I am the luminous patter of becoming. In Lak’ech. So be it. And so, it is.” (p. xv)
Democracy as Evolutionary Survival
While writing this book, I discovered that cosmic truth is always grounded in human practice. I suspected it before, but now I am certain. My lifelong passion for both spiritual and democratic principles folds seamlessly into this evolutionary vision.
Democracy itself is a higher consciousness evolutionary principle. It is composed of compassionate ideologies that require cooperation to flourish. At its heart is the recognition that surviving and thriving depend upon the roar of many voices, not just a few. Imperfect though democracy may be, it is also a rehearsal for higher states of consciousness. Just as early humans learned to share the hunt, so too will we survive by sharing, listening to one another, honoring diversity, and creating just systems where every voice matters.
Democracy is not only political, but also spiritual and evolutionary. It is a living experiment in cooperation and preparation for our species’ ascension. We rise by lifting each other. There is no ‘other,’ and there can be no kings in 5D. Democratic principles align directly with the trajectory of our survival, showing us that we cannot evolve alone; we will only evolve together.
In my epilogue, “Out of the Rabbit Holes to Common Ground,” I share a very personal story. For nearly two years, I was pulled into rabbit holes that turned out to be fueling extremism, hate, and disinformation. I describe the steps I took to ascend from that landmine of narratives: “I began to rebuild my discernment- not as a rigid shield of certainty but as a living, breathing practice of coherence, compassion, and critical thinking.” (p. 148).
I hope that by including this chapter, readers will not only recognize the fragility of the human psyche and how easily our focus and attention can be hijacked but also find some tools for recovery. Whether you are reclaiming your own clarity or helping others find peace, may you discover comfort in the common ground of higher consciousness and ascended spirituality.

Since 2018, Tachyon technology has been at the heart of how I live, heal, and create. It has become both my laboratory and my sanctuary—a frequency through which I embody the “better and brighter” vision I write about. Tachyon is not an abstract concept for me; it is the daily current that fuels my work, my healing practice, and my sacred reweaving of life itself.
Now, at 74 years young, I am rebranding myself for the next quarter century. I am boldly aligning with this quantum light, energy, information, frequency, and vibration to guide others into luminous becoming. Tachyon is woven into every turn of my kaleidoscope, expanding the possibilities for what it means to evolve, to heal, and to thrive.
And when people ask me why I’m so excited about the future, I can’t help but smile and quote from one of my favorite video clips: “The future’s so bright—I gotta wear shades.” For me, that brightness is Tachyon: a light we can live by, and a future we are co-creating with every choice, every breath, and every turn of the kaleidoscope.
Conclusion: Be~coming Better & Brighter
Looking back, I see how the kaleidoscope image was always more than a metaphor. What began in 2012 as a flicker of inspiration has become a book, a body of work, a living practice that now lends itself perfectly to coaching. It carries the echo of primordial fish, the endurance of ancient tribes, the wisdom of cosmic butterflies, and the hope of democratic societies.
By turning the kaleidoscope, we reveal new patterns of light, energy, information, vibration, and frequency. In doing so, we be~come all that our imaginal cells—still struggling within the chrysalis—are destined to emerge as.
I call upon all who are willing to step into the Holy Work of consciousness-raising: read, share, and embody this body of work.

Every shift reveals new facets of brilliance and beauty. And like the butterfly emerging from its cocoon, together we are composing a future worthy of the radiance within us.
