What exactly is a Stillpoint Session?

A Stillpoint Session is a gentle, guided experience designed to help you pause, reset, and reconnect with your natural state of balance. You’ll be invited to relax, breathe, and simply receive—allowing your system to settle and reorganize in its own way, without effort or pressure.

What happens during a session?

Sessions are simple and deeply restful. You’ll begin by setting a light intention, then get comfortable and listen to music while relaxing. There’s nothing you need to do—just rest and notice what you experience. Most people report feeling calmer, clearer, and more centered.

What do you mean by “tachyon-informed tools”?

I use specialized tools designed around what’s often referred to as tachyon energy as part of creating a supportive environment for the session. Rather than focusing on the technology itself, I focus on how your system responds when given the right conditions to settle, reset, and come back into balance, coherence, and alignment.

How is this a “supportive environment”?

In the same way a quiet, calming space helps your nervous system relax, these sessions are designed to create conditions—both physically and subtly—that support ease and rebalancing. Many people experience this as a sense of deep rest, clarity, or gentle shift.

Do I need to believe in anything for this to work?

Not at all. There’s nothing you need to believe, understand, or “do right.” This is an experiential process—just come as you are and notice what you feel.

Is this therapy?

No. Stillpoint Sessions are not psychotherapy or medical treatment. They are complementary, experience-based sessions designed to support relaxation, reflection, and personal insight.

What might I experience during or after a session?

Experiences vary. You may feel: deeply relaxed, mentally clear, emotionally lighter, or simply more present. Some people notice subtle shifts over time, while others feel immediate effects.

Can sessions be done remotely?

Yes. For remote sessions, you’ll be guided into the experience from your own space. Many people find them just as effective, as the focus is on creating supportive conditions and allowing your system to respond.

What is a Stillpoint Session Party?

A Stillpoint Session Party is a small group experience—often hosted by a friend, community, or organization—where participants share a guided Stillpoint session together. It’s a beautiful way to gather for something meaningful, calming, and a little different from the usual social event.

How do I book a session or host a gathering?

You can reach out directly to Celeste 860-798-6176 (voice mail or text) to schedule an individual session or to host a Stillpoint Session Party for your group. Whe will guide you through the next steps and help you choose what feels right.

If this resonates, you’re warmly invited to book a session or host a Stillpoint gathering.
