We had a wonderful afternoon of spiritual springtime renewal!
This past Sunday, April 6th our Quintessential Starseed, Jenny Quinlivan was inspired by the gentle unfolding of spring- a season of rebirth, renewal, and awakening.
Jenny led us in a mystical meditation journey invoking the energies of the Goddesses Ostara and Demeter, along with the spirit of the rabbit.
Jenny writes,
“Together, these ancient allies offer guidance in awakening our inner abundance and reconnecting with the rhythms of nature. This journey focused on clearing and balancing the lower chakras—the root, sacral, and solar plexus—creating fertile ground for new intentions to bloom. I received the inspiration for this gathering from the ancient wisdom that surrounds the spring equinox.”

We were gently guided through a soulful and deep process beginning with grounding breathwork and anchoring into the earth’s newly stirring energies. Through guided visualization, we were led into blooming meadows, sun-drenched fields, and the playful, vibrant realm of the rabbit spirit. Healing sounds and sacred affirmations helped us to dissolve any residual stagnancy within our lower chakras, allowing the energy of joy, sensuality, and vitality to rise within us.
Jenny brought a beautiful bouquet of tulips,
her ceramic rabbits and her lovely altar cloth. She brought a selection of crystals, such as the selenite tower to center the sacred arrangement. On one corner of the cloth, she placed an oracle card of Ostara, the radiant goddess of the dawn. Ostara is the keeper of balance, fertility, and light. During the meditation, Jenny summoned her, “Ostara, bringer of light and new life, I welcome your energy. Fill my heart with the joy of renewal, my path with new possibilities, and my soul with the promise of abundance.”
On the opposite corner Jenny placed an image of Demeter, mother of the harvest, to remind us that nourishment and creation are sacred acts. During the meditation, Jenny summoned Demeter for us, “Demeter, mother of the land, I call upon your blessings. Teach me to nurture what I sow, to reap with gratitude, and to trust in the cycles of life.”
The rabbit, a sacred totem of Ostara, brings messages of intuition, creativity, and the quickening of life. As winter’s stillness fades, we are reminded that rest is not idleness—it is the deep breath before blossoming. During the journey, Jenny called upon the rabbit for us, “Sacred rabbit, guide me in my journey of growth. Let me embrace abundance with ease, move with grace, and multiply blessings in alignment with my highest good.”
This meditation opened a sacred portal for us on that day, and for the future of our spiritual empowerment meetup groups. It was and is an invitation to realign with the divine cycles of rest, creation, and rebirth.
After the meditation, two of the day’s participants each got to sample a 30-minute complimentary Tachyon Chamber Meditation Session, while the rest of us engaged in lively conversation, getting to know each other, while grazing on some lite fare.
