The sacred synchronicity was undeniable: the Mayan Galactic New Year, aligned with the energy of Hunab Ku, the Great Central Sun and Galactic Butterfly, was approaching. The call to gather was not just felt; it pulsed through our hearts like a drumbeat from the stars.
One friend had a crystalline vision during meditation. Another person stumbled upon the film “Voyage to Infinity with Whales & Dragons” and was flooded with the feeling that it had to be shared. A third, fresh from a drumming ceremony, reached out saying, “We need to ride these cosmic currents together.”
Within 48 hours, the pieces came together as if guided by an invisible galactic hand: the movie, the crystals, the drum journey, the space, the date, the people—all shimmering with the kind of improbable ease that only happens when Spirit is in charge.
And so, this Galactic New Year Celebration was born—not from a spreadsheet or a plan, but from listening, responding, and trusting that when consciousness gathers in joy, reverence, and cosmic curiosity, the Universe smiles and says: Yes. This is what you came here for.
