Annika writes, “I recognize that each person’s journey is unique. Whether you’re facing the challenges of a new chapter or striving to regain a sense of stability, I am here to guide you with care, empathy, and a deep respect for your needs. My mission is to recognize the profound impact of life’s transitions and how they can disrupt your balance. By offering a range of tailored approaches, I aim to help you prioritize yourself as you navigate life’s inevitable changes. Together, we’ll take the time to understand your emotions and find meaningful ways to adjust so that life’s transitions become more manageable, and you can find peace and comfort in your journey.
I use a blend of compassionate, evidence-based approaches; I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Processing Therapy, Mindfulness techniques, and Strength-Based and Solution-Focused interventions. My goal is to empower clients with the tools to effectively manage stress, build emotional resilience, and foster personal growth, especially during challenging times. These therapeutic techniques will help you connect with, explore, and deepen your understanding of your emotional responses to life’s transitions, allowing you to navigate change with greater clarity and confidence.”
